In addition to appearing on the larger stages, Aron will again treat fans to master class sessions in the much more intimate “Star Wars University” lecture hall.
Aron joined Industrial Light & Magic in 1991 as a technical assistant on the feature film Hook. He has worked on many high profile films, including Jurassic Park, Men in Black, The Perfect Storm and Pearl Harbor. As a CG Supervisor, Aron continued to push the limits of computer graphic feature film visual effects, while still working on location for principal photography. In the spring of 2008, Aron joined forces with the team behind Star Wars: The Clone Wars to help advance Lucasfilm Animation’s production technology. Now, supervising the visual effects and lighting for the epic series, Aron continues to push the look of the show to be the most spectacular animated series on television.
Prior to joining ILM, Aron worked as a freelance computer artist, specializing in 2D compositing, 3D lighting and modeling and animation. He is an avid photographer, and is rarely seen without a camera.

The Celebration VI Collector Showcase is your chance to provide fellow collectors with ideas on how to make their own collections shine. Select images from those submitted will be displayed in the Collectors' community area at Star Wars Celebration VI. To have your collection considered for the Showcase (you may enter as an individual or a family), send no more than eight images to Todd Chamberlain no later than June 8.
Please include:
- Full name(s)
- City, state/province, and country
- 400 words or less about what makes your collection unique in terms of content, focus, or presentation. Tell us how your collection developed.
- High-resolution images will be needed (4256x2848 at 300 dpi or greater) for the final product, but lower resolution images may be submitted initially
We will be looking for a variety of content and display styles, so if you have a larger collection, be sure to include images that focus on smaller groupings of items (i.e., a particular shelf or display case), not just wide angle shots. Photo submissions may be posted on the official Star Wars Celebration Web site and affiliated promotional Web sites, publications, or on posters and slide presentations at Celebration VI.

Star Wars At Large: The Many Faces of Fett
Posted By: Medium At Large

Jeremy Bulloch might be known best for his role as the bounty hunter Boba Fett, but the British actor can be seen on the screen without the iconic helmet, both in and out of the Star Wars Saga. In addition to his role as the merciless mercenary in battered battle armor, Bulloch has also appeared as Captain Colton in Revenge of the Sith and as Lieutenant Sheckil in The Empire Strikes Back. Outside the Star Wars movies, Bulloch’s extensive television and movie credits include roles in Doctor Who, O Lucky Man!, Robin of Sherwood and three James Bond movies – Octopussy, For Your Eyes Only and The Spy Who Loved Me.
Boba Fett spans the entire Star Wars Saga, and the character revealed his boyhood beginnings in Attack of the Clones – portrayed by television and film actor Daniel Logan. Logan reprised this role, voicing the character in the three-part Season Two finale of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, as well as memorable appearances in Season Four, as young Fett begins his bounty hunting career. A New Zealand native, Daniel Logan started acting at the age of 10 when local children's rugby teams were being scouted for a TV commercial. From a selection of hundreds of young hopefuls, Logan got the part – playing a little boy who is knocked into the mud by Auckland rugby star Michael Jones. Other roles include New Zealand medical series Shortland Street, a guest appearance on Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and The Legend of Johnny Lingo.
Celebration VI will feature others who touched the famed Mandalorian helmet. Both Dickey Beer and John Morton performed as Fett, and will be signing in the Celebration Autograph Hall. Morton, better known as Luke Skywalker’s gunner Dak Morton, shot a Fett scene with Lando Calrissian and Darth Vader in Cloud City.
And, because we can’t get enough of Mandalorian armor, Star Wars fan groups The Dented Helmet and The 501st Legion are hosting an art helmet charity project. Artists are creating one-of-a-kind masterpieces to benefit the Make-A-Wish charity, with roughly half the exhibit and art dedicated to clone trooper helmets, and half to Boba Fett helmets.
This stunning Boba Fett helmet pictured up top is by artist John Brosio and was inspired by a Hopi kachina, which is a carved and decorated doll that embodies the characteristics of the spirits of the Hopi Native Americans tribe. Brosio included real horns, snake skin, snake rattlers, and feathers. The helmet, and many more original works of art, will be on display in the Dented Helmet booth at Celebration VI, and auctioned off after the show for Make-A-Wish.
